The Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department attends to various litigious matters both as plaintiffs and defendants for our clients at the following forums: Private Arbitrations, Magistrates Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. Our clients include large SOE’s clients within the Republic, Local Governments and Financial Institutions.
